11 MVSU students attend the 2019 HBCU Career Development Marketplace Conference

ITTA BENA, Miss.—A group of 91×ÔÅÄ students are now more prepared for corporate America as they transition into the workforce after attending the 2019 Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) Career Development Marketplace Conference.

MVSU’s Director of Developmental Studies and Academic Support Larry D. Kinds, Sr. was named vice-president elect for the Mississippi Chapter of the National Organization for Student Success (formerly Mississippi Association for Developmental Education) last week.
MVSU Graduate Coordinator of Bioinformatics Dr. Abigail S. Newsome will be departing for Mexico next week to participate in the “Study Abroad Development Tour Mexico 2019."
